ELABORATION
Grapes from our vineyard in Carbonera. The vineyard at the highest altitude in the D.O.C Rioja (840 meters). Cold maceration and fermentation controlled in small capacity tanks. Subsequently a suspension of fine lees is performed during a month. Hence its unctuosness.
