ELABORATION
VARIETY
90% Garnacha 10 % Tempranillo
ELABORATION
This wine is made mainly from Garnacha grapes, all of which come from our estate in Ausejo: Los Almendros. When the grapes arrive at the winery, they are covered with a curtain of carbon dioxide to protect them from oxidation. The same gas is used to instantly cool the grapes.
This rosé is made entirely through the process of bleeding the free-run juice from the grapes in the winery. Finally, the juice obtained is clarified before fermentation, which is carried out with selected yeasts at a very low temperature to encourage the development of all the fresh cherry aromas that this wine displays.
TASTING NOTES
This sweet rosé wine has a subtle colour with pale pink tones. The nose is exuberant, combining cherries with forest fruits. On the palate, it is delicate, intensely fresh and sweet. Easy to drink and enjoy.
PAIRING
