ELABORATION
VARIETY
Garnacha and Tempranillo
ELABORATION
This sweet rosé wine is made with 90% Garnacha grapes from our estate in Ausejo: Los Almendros. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are covered with a curtain of carbon dioxide to protect them from oxidation.
The vinification process is carried out entirely through the process of bleeding the free-run juice. The juice obtained is clarified before fermentation, which is carried out with selected yeasts at a very low temperature to promote the development of all the red fruit aromas that this wine expresses.
TASTING NOTES
It has a very soft and subtle pink hue. On the nose, we find a combination of forest fruit aromas with ripe cherries. On the palate, it is delicate, fresh, intense and sweet. Easy to drink and enjoy.
PAIRING
It is an excellent accompaniment to appetisers, rice dishes, pasta, fish and seafood. It is best served between 7 and 8 °C (45 and 47 °F).
