• Management of queries and requests in order to resolve queries from customers or potential customers, retaining the data until the right of cancellation is exercised.
• Management of video surveillance for the purposes of facility security, quality control, access control, occupational risk prevention and human resources. Your personal data will be kept for a maximum of one month, unless there is an investigation or communication to the security forces and/or courts and tribunals.

In this regard, we inform you that the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent you have given us and our legitimate interest, in the case of video surveillance, the fulfilment of a mission of public interest and our legitimate interest. The data will not be communicated to third parties except where legally required.

3. The period for which your personal data will be kept will be that determined in the purposes of this notice. This period will be at least identical to the limitation period provided for legal actions established by law in each case, and that which may in any case be provided for by special laws or regulations corresponding to the professional status of the data controller or data processor.

4. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation, portability, opposition and deletion before BARÓN DE LEY S.A. at the address rgpd@barondeley.com, by means of a written request accompanied by sufficient proof.

5. We also inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

6. This consent may be revoked at any time by writing to the above address by any means that allows for proof of correct receipt. In this regard, you are informed that such revocation will not affect the validity and/or lawfulness of the processing and/or transfer carried out prior to the withdrawal of your consent.
